Telling Me Lies

They say a woman's a fool for weeping
A fool to break her own heart
But I can't hold the secret I'm keeping
I'm breaking apart

Can't seem to mind my own business
Whatever I try turns out wrong
I seem like my own false witness
And I can't go on

I cover my ears I close my eyes
Still hear your voice and it's telling me lies
Telling me lies

You told me you needed my company
And I believed in your flattering ways
Told me you needed me forever
Nearly gave you the rest of my days

Should've seen you for what you are
Should never have come back for more
Should've locked up all my silver
Brought the key back to your door

I cover my ears I close my eyes
Still hear your voice and it's telling me lies
Telling me lies

You don't know what a chance is
Until you have to seize one
You don't know what a man is
Until you have to please one
Don't put your life in the hands of a man
With a face for every season
Don't waste your time in the arms of a man
Who's no stranger to treason

I cover my ears I close my eyes
Still hear your voice and it's telling me lies
Telling me lies

I cover my ears I close my eyes
Still hear your voice and it's telling me lies
I cover my ears I close my eyes

their children."

*Happy Sigh* We had such a great day today!! We got to meet Maggie and her family. We met at the visitors center as I posted earlier and walked over to the Bullfrog Brewery and had an incredible lunch! I had one glass of a beer that is brewed there and it was very good! Maggie Roger and the kids all had sodas. They also brew thier own rootbeer which was a great treat as well! I have a picture of a neat bullfrog tiling that is on the floor of the room that we ate in. Then with full bellies we walked back to the Visitors Center and drove to the Lycoming Mall there we walked around and took some pictures of the kids in a photo booth, which was fun! And then the girls discovered the dollar store where we purchased some props for some pictures that you will view at a later date as I took them with the aged technology of an 35mmSLR manual focus camera. Actually Roger took the pictures being the good sport he was, lol. Actually he was! I have to say what a sweetheart he is. He was so great with his kids, you can tell that he loves them with all his heart too!
And Maggie! What a sweetheart! Even more in person than she is on her blog and the message board that we both frequent. Warm, loving and great fun to be with! I didn't want the day to be over. Next time it's at my house Maggie!! Jenna was such a sweetheart too! Always smiling and her and Emma were friends within minutes of meeting. Jonathan is just as cute as a button! He was so cute when we were in the mall, fooling around with George and Chase. I was so happy that they got along so well!! There were bargains being made by Chase and George to trade Emma for Jenna and we had to laugh at that. I thought it was cute. But we look forward to having them out our way for a long weekend in the future! Still have to work out the weekend!
And I have the coolest pin to remember my day with from Maggie and Emma has a friendship necklace from Jenna to remember the day with too! She really loves it and wore it to bed tonight!

Many things that need to be obsessed over this evening.....
Meeting Maggie and her family tommorow! This is too cool and I guess I'll have to wait even though I want to say that I can't , lol

obsession #2, an eBay item that I bought, still not here!!! It was supposed to be here already having been mailed out on the 6th or 7th of this month. I have an empty place for my eBay purchase, c'mon and hurry up!!! Especially since it is something that I purchased from an online friend. I'm not a good waiter and well, this is waiting!! lol.
So, if you're reading this, my fellow eBayer, please email me the particulars of transit if you will. You know who you are. Don't make me call you at home again, lol!! Not that it's a problem (I don't think anyway...)
Anyways, now that I've scared readers away, I'll bid you all a good night and will return sometime in the next couple of days with a coup of photographic evidence of a wonderful time that is sure to be had by myself, my children and Maggie's Family!

TA TA!!!

Schadenfreude If you read yourself into a comment of mine that is not referring to you, I suggest you seek professional medical attention for your severe case of paranoia.
I couldn't have said this any better!!!

My Guestmap...Don't forget to sign it! lol

Headline news from Sky News - Witness the event Breast Is Best For A High IQ.... I am so pleased to see articles like this on the web. I just wish that more Mommies would pay attention to them and take what they have to say to heart. Makes me glad that I did at least one thing right when I nursed my babies for over 2 years each. Can't say I did much better in other arenas, lol!!! I guess I'll know in the next 10 years or so huh? Maybe less as Emma is already going through the pre-teen angst. *sigh* she's early in that respect too.

Busy week, missing you, dreaming plenty. Restless, bored.
Checking in and hoping that all are well. Please say prayers for Cory and Eva. One is too young and the other needs to go home.
hugs!!
